The operations room can see what is going on in the field 

The operations room can effectively command operations when they have a visual view of situations. Drones, dashcams, bodycams, mobile phones, and surveillance cameras integrated into the NSC3 system form a comprehensive situational awareness.

Task-based system of NSC3 allows the control room to lead multiple situations simultaneously. Form task groups and collect relevant video feeds for all group members to view.  All units are displayed on the map and they can discuss in PTT or use chat for communication.

One control room can manage operations in a large area, reducing the number of required control rooms or stations.
