NSION is proud to announce Philip Niedermair as one of our Board Members. Mr. Niedermair has over 35 years of experience in helping companies expand their potential through corporate development, strategic alignment, and relationship building.
Currently, Philip is the Co-Managing Partner at Nsion, and Managing Director of Alliances and Development at Ward&Berry, he is also a Senior Advisor to the US Cyberspace Solarium Commission and serves as a Member of the Board Directors of NSion, NCG (National Cyber Group), Occamsec, and Platform Aerospace. He also serves as a company Director for LPFIRSTCAPITAL a PE firm focused on building technology and cyber platforms in services and cyber education.
Philip also acts as an advisor to and sits on multiple boards and advises organizations like the: Gula Tech Foundation, Squadra Ventures, Army Cyber Institute, Industry Round Table of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, University of Baltimore Merrick School of Business, DEA Education Foundation, Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and Historic Ships of Baltimore.
Previously he advised the Eisenhower Memorial Presidential Commission and National Law Enforcement Officers Museum.
Prior to joining Ward & Berry, he was a Managing Director for over a decade at a mid size regional law firm and was the Founder and Managing Partner of The Bridge Alliance, where he developed a shared collaborative management platform driving opportunities and cooperation between members. He has worked in almost every State, and in over 40 countries, and managed several significant global programs as a Consultant for his clients like Coca-Cola, MasterCard, UPS and Citibank.
