NSION today announced the appointment of new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Tomi Virtanen. Mr. Virtanen is widely experienced senior executive with a strong commercial and operational track record spanning over 20-year career in Europe and North America for example in Telecommunication and Software industries. He will work closely with the company’s established commercial team, to lead the business development activities in the EU and Founder President Mattipekka Kronqvist`s team, to lead the business development activities in the North America region.
Mr Virtanen’s career advancements have been tightly connected with the potential impact of scaling several different leading international companies and being accountable for transformational sales and operations initiatives. Most recently, Mr. Virtanen was a Head of Global Logistics for Nokia Tyres (OYJ). Previously, he has served as a senior executive at companies such as Kone (OYJ) and Nokia Siemens Network, which is a world leader in digital communications and telecommunication technologies.
