Hannu Vaajoensuu is one of the founders in Basware Oyj. In Basware Hannu served in leadership positions in 1990-2010 and chairman of the board 2005 - 2018.

Since 2010 he has focused on growth companies as an investor and advisor. Hannu is an active board member, in Technology Industries of Finland (Teknologiateollisuus ry) he was a member of the board of directors 2011-2017 and he has also served in the board of directors of stock listed companies Comptel, Dovre and Efecte.

During his career Hannu has contributed to the success of over thirty growth companies as a member of the board of directors and advisor. Hannu Vaajoensuu holds Master’s of Science degree in economics.

Mark Bidwell has spent much of his early career in large organisations, working in the oil sector, professional services and most recently Syngenta, where he led the creation and development of the $2bn Specialty Crops division.

More recently, he is an active investor, Board Member and adviser, and has founded two businesses.

Petteri Viljanen is the CEO and founder of BCB Medical Oy (founded 2003). BCB Medical is the Nordic market leader in gathering and analyzing clinical data. 

Petteri has strong expertise in SaaS, and growth companies, so he brings impeccable know how to NSION board. Petteri Viljanen holds a M.Sc. degree in economics.
